Most Rev. Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo, Bishop of Udupi Diocese met His Holiness Pope Francis in Vatican, Rome on 15th October 2014, on the occasion of the second anniversary of the establishment of the Diocese. Bishop conveyed the good wishes of all the faithful of the Diocese and briefed him about the situation and progress of the Diocese. The Pope, in return has conveyed his greetings and blessings to all the faithful of Udupi Diocese.
