St Agnes convent Perampally celebrated Golden Jubilee of the convent at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Perampally on 1st December, 2019.
Most Rev. Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo, Bishop of Udupi Diocese celebrated holy Eucharist along with V. Rev. Fr Valerian Mendonca, Dean of Udupi Deanery; Rev. Fr Anil D’Souza, Parish Priest of Perampally Church; Rev. Fr Chetan Lobo, PRO of Udupi Diocese and other religious priests.
The Bishop preached the homily on how we become saints in our day today life. At the end of the mass Rev. Fr Anil conducted the adoration and the Bishop gave the blessing. After the mass, Bishop blessed the stone printed prayers of Hail Mary in five languages. Sr Rita Vas Provincial Superior thanked all who supported the convent. Parishioners, well-wishers and Ursuline Franciscan sisters present on the occasion.
